Is it possible to set AutoPlay = "true" in javascript? I am running a website with multiple FlashVideo controls each with their own playlists, and I want them to loop through the tracks whenever a user clicks on the play button of one of those videos.

I think you need to look at the AutoPlay parameter of the playlist - rather than the player.
