Would love to help

OK - You probably have to install Flash Player in FF3 - thats all.
We use FF3 for all testing (its my fav browser).

Does teh demo on this site work in FF3 for you....
If so - can you please provide link to your page...

What errors do you get - can u please check the FF javascript console

Thanks

I've downloaded the flash plugin for FF3 and it has done the trick.
Thank you for your quick response.

I'm having a similar issue and I have reinstalled Flash multiple time in my Firefox browser. Could you take a look at http://ds3.rndlab.addusa.com/utils/clubz.aspx

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

This is an easy one. its just your CSS!

You have set the width and height to 100% !
That should be big right? Wrong.

It expands 100% the size of the surrounding DIV in you HTML. which is only 1 line of text high!
Thats why you cant see it.

Try changing the width and height of you flash player to a number of pixels. such as 400px
