I have a developer license. The key has been put in the web.config, per instructions, and the lic file has been put in the bin folder. This removed the watermark from the player in my local environment. However, this is not sufficient in my production environment. The videos play just fine, but the watermark still exists.
It is probably a simple fix, but can anyone give me some pointers?
Thanks.

Make sure that you've purchased the right product. If you have a Video license key for a Flash Video implementation - it's not going to work.
Let us know if this is the case (and supply an email address) and we'll transfer the license for you.
Thanks
-Dave

Dave - it looks like i got a license for ASPNetFlash and not ASPNetFlashVideo.
How do I contact you by email? (i do not want me email here in the forum) I sent a message a couple of times from the contact page, but have not gotten a reply (or it was lost in my spam filters).
Definitely need that transferred, but why would it work in my local environment?

We allow the software to work without a watermark on localhosted websites, so that you can get a feel for what it will look like before purchasing. Please contact me via our contact form, here: http://www.aspnetflashvideo.com/aspnetflashvideo_Contact.aspxThanks! -Dave
