I currently have ASPNetFlashVideo installed on my site. It seems that most videos played back drop a lot of frames. The simpler .flv files stutter slightly but the H264 files drop about 1 - 2 seconds for every 6 seconds of playback. I'm streaming from the localhost so download speeds from the server are not the issue. Are there any adjustments I should make to get this to work properly? My client insists on using H264 so I need this to work.

Thank you,
Brian

There are only 4 known sources for dropped frames. They re not specific to this player.

1 - Bugs in the Flash Player (please ensure latest version)
2 - Processor over loaded - cannot decode in time.
3 - Out of Memory to decode in a timely manner (try a system restart)
4 - Out of Bandwidth - (encode the H264 at a lower quality)
