They say on their page, that

"Flash Video streaming needs to be set up on your sever to work." And then they furnish this link:

But when i clicked it I got the following warning from firefox:

So what's up with that? Is it safe? What do I do, check with my web hosts if I can run this?

I'm sure ITToolbox will sort out their issue... in the mean time there are lots of other article son the subject.
