I just bought the server edition and I'm also having a hard time getting rid of the watermark. I also followed the license directions.

I am having same problem - I added Key in web.config and still have watermark.

I have same problem, I sent a Sample project with the key in web.config to Charlotte Aldrich (charlottealdrich@gmail.com) on Aug 04, 2008 but no reply yet.
I have added my key in web.config as mentioned in the documentation.
Either the license key I received is not valid or documentation on adding License key is not right.
I don't think they have proper support. I am extremely disappointed with the product.
Did anyone ever able to resolve any issue?

I would love to help....I cannot see your personal or purchase details though the forum...... Please respond to your purchase email - just requesting a new license key... We should get this solved.
